    Sweet Red Wine

    Dompo is a full-bodied, deep garnet red wine, made using distinctive overripe red grapes, sourced from a range of first-class vineyards, selected by our Chief Vintner, Archard Kato. The grapes are grown to our specifications and the wine produced using a proprietary vinification process.

    Our state-of-the art storage facilities keep the wine at its peak, with only minimal preservatives required, until such time when it is opened and enjoyed. We have done extensive technical research and development over the two decades and proven our technology and products premium quality, stability and longevity.

    Dompo comes in 750ml, 375ml and 250ml bottles and a 5-litre bag-in-box package.

    Serving suggestion;

    • Ideal with roasts, red meat or as dessert
    • Serve at 18-20°c

    St Mary Natural Sweet Wine

    The beautiful rays of shine in the north further enrich this wine, giving it  more intense flavours of the tropical Chenin blanc and a sturdy character of firm fragrances of tropical fruits.     FOR YOU is our proprietary Rosé semi-sweet wine, which is carefully blended to deliver a beautiful experience combined with a sensational tinge of love.  It is the perfect wine for sipping at a backyard barbecue or in the park with someone who matters most to you.

    FOR YOU Sweet Rosé derives its name from the literal hearty expression of affection.  FOR YOU is inspired by our passion and love for winemaking and comes as gift to the wine lovers, from whose business, HappyDopa has built a successful enterprise.

    FOR YOU Rosé wine is made by juicing red grapes and then allowing the juice to soak with the skins for between two to three hours. As soon as the juice begins to take on the beautiful pink colour, the skins are then pressed allow the juice to steadily ferment, creating an irresistibly delicious taste.

    FOR YOU Rosé is extracted from luscious Cinsaut grapes, which give it a romantic pale ruby red grape colour and a refined aroma painted with notes of caramel to give you a pleasant, harmonious flavour. It also has a touch of charming pomegranate aromas, alongside distinct hints of red rose and wild strawberry.

    Serving Suggestion

    • Pair it with salmon, pasta with seafood, goat cheese, and salads with fruits.
    • Serve chilled between: 10-12 ° C

It has a strong sense of character and is creatively prepared using a super-cooling technique, which halts fermentation just at the right time to give it a distinctive taste. This allows it to acquire the plumy red colour with violet hints, Ideal for sacramental use and as a dessert.

    Like Image red Wine, Image White wine also derives its name originally from Imagi hills, one of Dodoma’s high-ground features, situated on the north east of the city.    

    Image White free run juice is fermented without skin contact and seasoned under controlled temperatures of 14° C , to achieve a unique straw-yellow colour. It is a brooding, chewy wine brand that embodies great artistry and complexity, borne of Alko Vintage creativity and passion.

    Image Dry white wine is produced from high quality grapes that give it the intense flavour characteristic of tropical Chenin blanc, laced with an irresistible fruity aroma. The wine gives you a refreshing lemony twist that leaves your taste buds excited long after swallowing.
